PowerRIP X™ is a PostScript Level 3 Compatible RIP (Raster Image Processor) for Epson, Canon and HP Inkjet printers like the Stylus Color 3000 or a brand new Pro 4800 can be used with Apple’s OS X 10.4, 10.3, or 10.2. Support is available for over 100 printers. All OS X 10 applications can print directly to PowerRIP X. PowerRIP X is used to make accurate prepress
colour proofs, presentation proofs, signage and photographic output. Supporting 71 Epson inkjet printers including the NEW Epson Stylus PRO 4800 and Stylus Photo R2400, Canon's W2200, and 38 HP inkjet printers, consisting of the entire DeskJet 900 series, the DeskJet 1220 series and the DesignJet 10PS, 20PS, 30, 30N, 50PS, 120NR, 130, 130N. PowerRIP X handles images to a maximum of 54.5 feet (16.637 m) in length.
